Metabula DataCompliance


The information trending and compliance capability provided by Metabula brings together the data quality capabilities and the information integration and mapping system.

Using Metabula’s DataCompliance product provides an environment to allow for trending and analysis of information quality results over time. These results can be utilised to evaluate the required metrics for compliance and improvements in quality over time.

Capturing Trends


The data quality trend information is captured through the audit process and stored as results within the Metabula system. The collection of these audit “runs” over time provides the material for the trending and compliance analysis.

In addition to the capture of the results, the audit definitions themselves are also stored. The storage of the particular audit script provides full traceability for all audits; it allows a particular audit to be re-run and compared with the previous results as well as re-use or comparison of particular audit scripts.

Presenting Trends


The audit result information is presented as collections of data in the form of tables in Microsoft Excel. The data sets can then be charted as required.
