Metabula Ltd has appointed Jonathan Lavy as chairman.

Mr Lavy FCA, is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved as an investor and director in a number of different businesses over the last 20 years particularly commercial property investment, development, consultancy and software. He has a portfolio of private investments and is an investor and shareholder in Metabula.
