Metabula Limited, a company incorporated in England was founded today.
Metabula Limited intends to specialize in providing software products in the Enterprise
Information Integration (EII) space. Its strategy is to apply particular focus to sales of
solutions for the local government and finance sectors as well as indirectly through a
network of integrators, distributors, and agents.
Metabula Limited is currently in final negotiations to acquire the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
to a product which will help support its offering.
Metabula Limited has been founded by Roger Eatwell, currently Chief Technical Officer
of Quillion Limited and Dr. Nigel Ball, ex-Technical Architect at Quillion Limited.
