Metabula Ltd has today completed the purchase of specific assets and rights from Quillion Ltd including the Quillion DataManage product suite.

The acquisition of the DataManage product suite is the latest phase in Metabula's strategy of establishing itself as a leading supplier of data consolidation solutions.

DataManage provides a unique set of data modelling and management capabilities which have been used in a wide variety of complex data management industry situations over the last ten years.

The DataManage product will be combined with Metabula's DataBridge and other consolidation products in a suite of intelligent information management, integration and consolidation solutions.

Metabula's primary route to market is through specialist product and service partners. Quillion is already a reseller for Metabula DataBridge and will now also become a reseller for Metabula DataManage.
